Description

Protecting assets is a top concern for many organizations as those assets move through the supply chain and eventually to the consumer. The impact of product losses due to theft and fraud extends beyond the replacement cost of the asset to lost sales, increased demand for supplies and other economic disruptions. 

In this course, you will learn where and how asset fraud can occur throughout the product life cycle. You will also learn what organizations can do to deter and prevent fraud, and how to detect it when it happens.

Recognize common inventory and fixed asset fraud schemes.

Apply best practices for monitoring and detecting retail location fraud.

Course Fees

Each registrant of the virtual CFE Exam Review Course will receive a course workbook by mail. If you cancel your registration before the course start date, you may choose to keep the workbook for a $249 fee, or return it within 10 days of the course start date to avoid being charged. 

Please Note: The CFE Exam Review Course is a supplemental study tool for the CFE Exam Prep Course and is intended as an aid to the Prep Course. The 3-day CFE Exam Review Course is not designed to teach in-depth topics to candidates for the first time. You are expected to prepare for the course prior to their attendance by sufficiently familiarizing yourself with material from the CFE Exam Prep Course and/or engaging in independent study of the Fraud Examiners Manual. Policies

Event Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is intended to keep costs low for attendees. Due to financial obligations incurred by ACFE, Inc., you must cancel your registration prior to the start of the event. Cancellations received less than 30 calendar days prior to an event start date are subject to a $300 administrative fee. Event transfers received less than 30 calendar days prior to an event start date are subject to a $100 transfer fee. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received on or after the start date of the event. Those who do not cancel and do not attend are responsible for the full registration fee.

Should an event be cancelled or postponed by the ACFE due to unforeseen circumstances, the ACFE will process a full refund of registration fees within 30 days of such circumstances becoming known. The ACFE will attempt to notify affected customers by phone and email after it determines cancellation is necessary.
