CFE's Earn 32% More

 

CFE Premium 

CFEs continue to receive higher wages than their non-certified colleagues. The 32% premium afforded to CFEs increased substantially since the 2013/2014 Compensation Guide, reinforcing the value that the industry places on obtaining and maintaining professional certification for your role.

The median compensation for CFE's has risen 14.3%

 

Increased Earnings

In 2024, CFEs with a four-year degree reported earning $101,000 per year, while median compensation for CFEs with a graduate degree was $112,000. In addition, the gender pay gap between men and women decreased substantially when compared to the 2013/2014 Compensation Guide.
