Certified Fraud Examiners (CFEs) must earn a minimum of 20 Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits (at least 10 fraud-related and 2 ethics-related) every 12 months and pay annual membership dues to stay active. You are required to certify CPE compliance by the end of your anniversary month, which is the month your membership is renewed each year.
