Carrie Kelly, J.D., CFE, SPHR, is the Chief Operating Officer of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). Carrie joined the ACFE in 2008 as an Associate General Counsel. In November 2014, she became Director of Human Resources, leading all staffing and training and development initiatives for the organization. She served as Vice President of Operations from 2022 until April 2024

Carrie graduated from the University of Illinois with a bachelor’s degree in English. She earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law Houston and was a member of the South Texas Law Review.
